After more than 2 weeks troubleshooting, we still don’t find the exact reason to create the SNEO convert back NEO issue. While we still finding the reason causing the issue, we understand users may want to withdraw SNEO from SAR and convert it back to NEO.
For now, we will provide manual convert back service.
Please email to yimo.cheng@alchemint.io with this following informations:
- Your NEO address.
- When did you realize you can’t convert SNEO back to NEO.
- How many SNEO you need to convert back.
After received email, we will reply to you with the detail introduction.
Additionally, please noticed:
- We will only return NEO back to the address sending SNEO from.
- If you choose to manual convert back service, you will not receive the GAS generate during the SNEO time.
