President Xi Speech about Blockchain
In October, the market didn’t have many highlights in terms of the price until Chinese President Xi Jinping gave a speech about the Chinese government supporting blockchain research, development and standardization.
“[We must] clarify the main direction, increase investment, focus on a number of key core technologies, and accelerate the development of blockchain technology and industrial innovation.”
Alchemint has offices located in China, President Xi speech definitely has a positive impact on the whole blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. Throughout the year, Alchemint has had many conversations with Chinese project teams and academic institutions. The speech by President Xi will allow blockchain adoption by the more general public.
Alchemint Stablecoin Issuance Platform Status
The status of the platform didn’t change a lot during October.
But after President Xi’s speech, the market went up, as a project born in China, NEO’s price went up a lot. Thus the Overall Mortgage Rate went up back to a healthy level.

As NEO3 is getting more and more complete, Alchemint team went to visit NEO Shanghai office again in October.
During the visit, we exchange our ideas and opinions about the performance of different blockchains, the current state of DeFi and future plans.
Attended ChainX Shanghai Tour
October 13, 2019, the first stop of the ChainX global tour — Shanghai Stop has come to a successful conclusion. Stephen from Alchemint attended the event.
During the event, ChainX CMO Kristen shared the global marketing strategy of ChainX; ChainX core developer Roy introduced the five development processes of ChainX; PolkaWallet CTO Zhang Jianjiang introduced ParaDAO supporting Substrate ecological development; HashQuark product director Hu Zhixiang shared the thinking of Staking economic model.
